Web2App is operated by Benulal Khatiwada ("we", "us", "the seller"). By creating an account or using the service, you enter into a contract with the seller and agree to these terms.
Web2App converts a website URL into Android and iOS app projects, builds an Android App Bundle (AAB) via GitHub Actions, and provides tools for store publishing. You are responsible for having the right to convert the website you submit.
You must not misuse the service. This includes unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property, submitting websites you do not own or control, and interfering with the security of the service (malware, probing, scraping).
We retain ownership of the Web2App service, its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service itself. App projects generated for you are yours to use.
You must provide accurate information, keep it updated, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age or have authority to bind your organization.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Builds depend on third-party services (GitHub, app stores) outside our control.
Website analysis and auto-fill use AI. Outputs may be inaccurate — verify them before publishing. You are responsible for the content you submit and how you use the outputs.
The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. When your access ends, your account data may be deleted after a reasonable export window.
